Who Am I?

Started playing guitar at thirteen in Wexford — lessons with Wexford legend, Frank Sinnott. Spent my youth filling venues around the country. Wexford is home, and it's where I'm building.

Five years at Westland in Dublin — sessions across every genre with artists including Dropkick Murphys, Laura Izibor, Bell X1, The Cardigans and Finbar Furey.

Moved to Orlando. Senior bartending and management roles at Fiddlers Green, Scruffy Murphy's, and Raglan Road Irish Pub at Walt Disney World — the heaviest retail foot traffic in the world. High-volume, high-pressure, commercially serious work.

Kept producing throughout — working in a studio and staying active on the local music scene. Hip-hop, jingles, originals. The craft didn't stop.

Nearly a decade in Nashville. Years writing, co-writing and producing across country, Americana, pop and hip-hop — working with a wide range of writers and producers from every genre and walk of life. Recipient of a mentorship scholarship from The Apprentice Academy (Franklin, TN) — a programme run by a Grammy Award-winning writer, engineer and producer.

Released music as Hazerlight, secured a sync licensing deal through Gary Calamar at Laurel Canon. Produced and hosted a four-month live radio series on WSM 650 AM, featuring Billboard #1 songwriters each week.

Also held real estate licences in both Tennessee and Florida — generated leads independently, closed deals, won multiple Salesperson of the Month awards.

In 2023 I turned to technology. Earned the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, completed Python training, and started building — Swarm, a financial intelligence SaaS platform, and a SIEM-style log simulator in Python. Currently working toward CompTIA Security+. Also completed DaVinci Resolve post-production training through Coursera.

Back in Wexford now, running Hayes Holdings — a portfolio of ventures across media, technology, food and hospitality. Here to build.
